Summer 2020 is looking very different, but there is still a lot going on to keep young residents active and occupied over the 6 weeks school holiday. This program may be subject to change, so keep checking on this page.
There is a lot of information here, so take time to scroll through and find the right activities for your children. There is a mixture of online and small outdoor groups. Burgess Sports Summer Programme
The amazing charity, Burgess Sports will once again be offering a six week programme of activity for children from ages 5-11. The programme is action packed, kids get to try loads of new activities. A free meal is provided every day. The programme runs from 9.30 - 3pm. Due to COVID-19 distancing measures, places are extremely limited. NHG Summer 2020
Notting Hill Genesis have put together a summer programme with a mix of online and socially distanced activities this year. All activities will need to be booked and places are limited. If you register for one of the online activities, you will be able to collect the resource packs during the week of 27th July. Families in Temporary Accommodation
School holidays can be particularly challenging when you are living in temporary accommodation, especially if you are new to the area or going through a difficult time in your personal life. Clare Poulson, our Family Project Worker, is dedicated to supporting families living in temporary housing on the estate. Bike Fix Fridays

Learn Chess this Summer

Socially Distant Art Club for Young People
Free. Every Thursdays 1-3pm. Meet at 1pm at the Art in the Park Studio. Come and enjoy the beautiful walled gardens at Chumleigh, with mature plants from all around the world. This weekly club will observe and explore different aspects of Chumleigh Gardens through drawing. Each week we will look at a different theme and we will observe social distancing and provide refreshments safely. Summer of Food and Fun
Southwark Council will be providing a Holiday Programme over the Summer, they will be running this alongside London’s largest holiday provision provider, ‘Kitchen Social’ so the programme will provide nutritious meals and fun activities for children aged (4-19) please click on the link to see what the scheme has to offer.
