Creation Trust wants residents to have a good experience of using our services and dealing with our staff. However, we are only human and we know that sometimes things may not go as well as we would hope. That is why we have a complaints procedure, so that we can learn from where things have gone wrong and hopefully put them right! Should you need to make a complaint, we will deal with it confidentially, seriously and quickly.
