Sandy Stewart

I came to live on the Aylesbury in 1994 after many years working in America as nurse and librarian, and have come to appreciate what a great London location this is:  everything within brisk walking distance!

As a leaseholder I try to represent leaseholder interests on the Creation Trust Board, especially in relation to the regeneration process and problems leaseholders may have with rehousing.

Having been a carer to my mother for several years, I am also very concerned about the impact of the regeneration on our elderly residents. This includes not only the moving process, but also the ways in which  the new housing and services are designed.
