Citizens Advice on the Aylesbury

Every Tuesday Creation offers a dedicated Citizens Advice drop in for residents on the Aylesbury estate. If you have issues with benefits, debts or employment issues, they may be able to help you.


Sessions start at 9.30 until 4.30 - although it is recommended that you arrive early. The sessions are open to anyone living on the Aylesbury estate.

The sessions take place in the Creation offices - the blue hut on Beaconsfield Road.

The Citizens Advice Bureau are able to offer free indepent advice on issues such as;

  • Welfare Benefits
  • Problems with your rent and housing benefit
  • Dealing with bills such as Council Tax or leasehold costs
  • Problems at work
  • Problems with goods and services
  • We can refer you for specialist help with immigration, housing or family law
